The GR Supra 2.0 has premium upholstery with genuine leather and Alcantara suede, sport seating, carbon fiber trim, dual-zone automatic climate control, an 8.8-inch digital instrument panel, an 8.8-inch infotainment touch screen, a USB port and a four-speaker sound system with satellite radio. The GR Supra 3.0 adds a 10-speaker sound system and seating that is heated and power adjustable with memory settings. The 3.0 Premium adds full leather upholstery, a head-up display, integrated navigation, sport pedals, a wireless charging pad and a 12-speaker JBL sound system.

The 2023 Toyota GR Supra is designed as a rear-wheel-drive sports car, and all versions come with that drive layout. For the new model, Toyota has revised the suspension and steering tuning, and it has introduced a new driving mode called Hairpin+. Brembo brakes, an active rear sport differential and an adaptive variable sport suspension system are standard with the GR Supra 3.0 and up. The Smart Key system with remote keyless entry and push-button start are standard with all models. With Toyota Supra Connect, which is standard with the GR Supra 3.0 Premium and optional before that point, you also have access to app-based unlocking/locking, ventilation and so forth. The GR Supra 3.0 Premium and special edition also have cast-iron rear brake discs as opposed to aluminum.
