The base model has 17-inch aluminum wheels and LED headlamps. The XLE Premium adds 19-inch wheels and a power liftgate. The Adventure and TRD Off-Road have off-road-oriented appearance packages that add taller roof rails and fender flares. The Adventure has 17-inch wheels. The TRD Off-Road has 18-inch wheels and exclusive black exterior trim. The Limited has special 19-inch wheels with a Super Chrome finish.

You have the choice of either front-wheel or all-wheel drive with your RAV4, and if you are unsure which you prefer, we recommend that you test-drive the 2022 Toyota RAV4 near Plano at our location. With the standard models, front-wheel drive is included and all-wheel drive is optional in most cases, and with the hybrid models, all-wheel drive is included.
